How Can We Help

We sell quality, inspected merchandise and want to make sure that you're happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your web order you may return it for exchange or refund. See below for details. For details regarding store purchases, please visit our Mockingbird Station location during business hours.

Method of Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, Discover, Diners Club, Mastercard). Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks.

Confirmation of Order
You will receive email confirmation of your order.

Standard Delivery
We ship USPS Prority Mail and USPS Express Mail within the Continental United States. All orders must carry a street address and telephone number. Sorry, we are not able to ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. Delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 buisness days. Items ordered together usually arrive together. If it is necessary to ship items separately Shipping and Handling will be charged only once, against the first shipment.

Rush Delivery
Rush delivery orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail and available at an additional cost. Please email Customer Service at customerservice@counterculturestore.com for shipping charges.

Sales Tax
Texas sales tax applies to orders shipped within or to Texas.

International Orders
Orders outside the continental United States are shipped via USPS International Priority Main or USPS International Express Mail. Please email Customer Service at customerservice@counterculturestore.com for International shipping costs. Orders to foreign countries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, and may be delayed in customs.

Damaged Deliveries
If you receive merchandise damaged in delivery please email Customer Service at customerservice@counterculturestore.com and we will refund the cost of the item. In order for us to file a claim against the carrier you should retain the original shipping carton and damaged merchandise until Customer Services authorizes disposal.

Web order Returns/Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your web purchase just send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid. We will accept returns and exchanges on items that are in their original condition. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, art, or music.

Returns and exchanges on all merchandise must be returned by mail within 10 days of receipt with the original packing slip.

You may return an online purchase to our store for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Just be sure to bring your invoice.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
